Continue to wear a damn mask indoors and outdoors when in contact with those external to your immediate family and test yourselves often.

The math is simple, there are many people around the world and in your community who have not been vaccinated at all. Many. They are still spreading COVID-19 and with the new subvariant (Omicron BA.2). It is stronger and will even affect those who have been vaccinated, if you are careless. And those who got boosters late fall and early winter, the effectiveness of your booster is getting weaker each month. Scientists are now talking about the need for a 4th shot because every 6 months the current vaccine cycle begins to wane in overall effectiveness.

THE #SOLUTION:

  • Continue to MASK UP with good #KN95 or #N95 masks when around other people inside and when around other people outside.

Don’t be shortsighted to think it is only about you. It is not. This is a societal crisis and when people travel around the world to different cities and towns who are not vaccinated or have waning vaccinations due to months since last shot, it makes us all vulnerable, especially those #immunocompromised, including those with high BP, diabetes, cancer histories as well the the elderly, who may also have a combination of both. And young children below the age of 5 have zero COVID-19 #vaccinations to date and they are vulnerable too.

These decisions are not just about you. It is about the health of your entire family, kids, babies and those suffering with illness. Be compassionate and push beyond self and think of all.

And learn to be patient with wearing a mask much more often because it is literally life saving for all in the world. It is the least we can do for others.

I text and speak with some of the top epidemiologists in the world regarding the COVID-19 pandemic weekly. Stay safe all. The world is counting on us all.

Oh, and Long COVID is real. Google the evidence from scientists and follow scientific COVID-19 updates worldwide, not the opinions of simply local or national politicians and news organizations. And seek at least 3 sources of information in your research with similar findings. Lots of false news out there, especially on the internet and on social media.
